The Apostolic Students and Associates (APOSA) of the University of Ghana have successfully completed their Missions 2024 outreach at Kpando in the Volta Region. The six-day evangelistic mission, which ran through the heart of Kpando and its environs, has yielded an impressive harvest of 246 souls for Christ.
This achievement contributes significantly to the ongoing ‘Agenda 100K’, an evangelism initiative launched by the leadership of the church at the beginning of the year. Significantly, 182 of them committing to worship with The Apostolic Church-Ghana.
A dedicated team of 105 young missionaries, composed of both current students and alumni of the University of Ghana, volunteered to carry out this divine mission. The missionaries were strategically allocated into three communities within Kpando enclave, namely: Sovie, Konda, and Torkor. In each location, they fervently shared the gospel of Christ through various activities. These included dawn broadcasts, house-to-house evangelism, open-air crusades, street evangelism, and dedicated prayer sessions.
The success of Missions 2024 in Kpando is a testament to the power of collective faith and commitment to the gospel. The Lord’s command to go out and preach has never been more urgent, as there are still countless souls in need of salvation. The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Arise to the call, as laborers for the Lord of the harvest.!!!!
