The Apostolic Church Theological Seminary (ACTS) has officially received Institutional and Program Accreditation from the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). This significant achievement, confirmed on January 30, 2025, grants ACTS the recognition to operate as a private tertiary institution and to offer a Bachelor of Theology and Ministry degree.
Speaking at a impressive gathering at The Apostolic Church-Ghana’s Retreat, Resource, and Conference Centre, the Chairman of the ACTS Governing Council, Apostle Dr. Kwabena Dawutey Akufo, shared insights into the accreditation journey. He highlighted that the process, which began nearly two years and nine months ago, progressed smoothly, with ACTS successfully passing each stage without the need for repetition. “God has been in this from the beginning,” he affirmed, emphasizing the divine guidance that led to this accomplishment.
Receiving the certificates, the President of The Apostolic Church-Ghana, Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh, expressed deep appreciation on behalf of the General Council, the Executive and the Council of Apostles and Prophets. He extended special gratitude to the Governing Council of ACTS, acknowledging their dedication and exceptional sacrifices, in particular, the leadership of its Chairman in steering the seminary toward this milestone.
With this accreditation, ACTS is now positioned to offer high-quality ministerial training to all prospective student ministers and equipping them with sound theological knowledge and practical ministry skills.
