Bernard Obese Ntow, a distinguished member of the APOSA-UG Chapter and The Apostolic Church-Ghana, Agape Central, has emerged as the valedictorian in Geography & Resource Development and History at the University of Ghana.
Bernard’s academic journey has been marked by excellence and dedication. Gaining admission to the University of Ghana in 2020, he was awarded the prestigious Tullow Tertiary Scholarship in 2021, which fully funded his studies. With relentless determination, he graduated with an exceptional Final Grade Point Average (FGPA) of 3.98/4.00, earning him the honor of valedictorian.
Beyond academics, Bernard is passionate about environmental sustainability and historical research. He currently serves as a Research Resident at The Or Foundation, Ghana, a nonprofit organization committed to environmental justice and educational development. His research focuses on the evolution of the Kantamanto market and the environmental challenges associated with second-hand clothing trading in Accra, aligning with his mission to drive solutions to pressing environmental crises. His university journey has been one of self-discovery, discipline, and commitment, deeply enriched by his active involvement in APOSA-UG activities.
