Xavi community encounter Jesus.

Home / News / Xavi community encounter Jesus.

The La Area Evangelism and Missions Team of The Apostolic Church-Ghana, recently completed a five-day mission outreach in Xavi in the Akatsi Area. This mission brought salvation and liberation of 99 souls, made up of 47 adults and 52 children dedicating their lives to Christ. Among these new believers, 16 were baptized, symbolizing their commitment to a new journey of faith with The Apostolic Church-Ghana.

The Xavi community, traditionally steeped in idol worship, witnessed a remarkable transformation during the mission. Through persistent house-to-house evangelism and other outreach activities, the team successfully broke through long-standing barriers, bringing a fresh wave of faith to the area. The National Women’s Leader of TAC-GH, along with the Women’s Movement of the Akatsi Area, joined efforts to make this mission impactful and far-reaching.

Beyond spiritual breakthroughs, the outreach extended tangible support to the community. Donations of Bibles, exercise books, and clothing were provided to many needy adults and children, helping to strengthen and uplift the community as a whole.

In a significant milestone for the church, a new local assembly was also established, marking a place where the community can continue growing in faith together.

As we reflect on the lives transformed and the foundation of faith established, we urge everyone to actively support the church’s mission of reaching 100K souls by the end of 2024. How many lives have you touched? Join the movement, share your story, and help carry the light to those waiting for a new beginning.

Join and be part of the Evangelism and Discipleship chariot.
